	Do you know if she and Harry had any children? The birth certificate of any of those would give you her maiden name ... Was she definitely Lorena? Could that have been a middle name? Are you sure of the spelling? Jill

	Have you looked on FreeBMD, it should be there for that time The baby born in 1939 was probably reg as Hoskins as that was her current name but should show her maiden name .Do you know the childs name

Member Since: February 2010 Posts: 11 Send Message	ok,this is going to seam odd,and any help will be appreciated. my grandmother,was lorena hoskins. this is her married name to harry hoskins. we have tried to trace family trees,as anyone would,but it stops there with my granny. no-one knows her maiden name.it is bound to be on her marriage records to harry hoskins,can anyone help with this?she died in 1961,aged 48,so born in 1913(this will also be great if found) . she married harry hoskins, i think from hereford,and i believe this is where they got married. she was then involved with my grandad,her partner from malta, in 1938, having a baby in 1939. she didnt marry him,as she was still married to harry hoskins.so marriage date,must be around the 1933 mark. any ideas? thanks for your help/. jeana
