Looking for PELHAM OBBARD. He and twin Howard were born in 1848 to Matilda [nee Newton] and Joseph Obbard. Howard goes on to marry, but the last sighting of Pelham is on the 1851 Census age 13. I have not found him on any marriage, death, further census, or emmigration records , and would like to know what happened to him. His name however seems to live on as the middle names of 2 nephews. I am hoping someone either has him on their Tree, or has some sort of information on him.
