Hi Tina. Have looked on 1911 but cannot be sure of anything.

The marriage given of Blanche Davies. 1910. Jan/March Qtr. reg in Weobley. vol 6a 901, on looking at the index on several sites cannot come up with the husbands name.
There are five names on the index that day. Four reg in Ross and Blanche in Weobley (If this is the one you are looking for).

If you think it is, then I suggest ordering a copy of the marriage certificate as this will give you her husbands name, their ages, along with her Father's name. and occupation. You already have her Mothers ie.Annie.
Ethel.

There comes a point when you have to take a leap of faith or a dive of death........

You have to buy certificates to prove or disprove issues. There isn’t one of us researchers here that doesn’t have a drawer full of 'dud' certificates

But...glass half full angle. When we get a certificate that is not the one we were looking for....it eliminates that person from our searches

Then the next move is to buy the next certificate that you feel maybe your person...and so on

It’s the name of the game and not cheap!
