Her mother was also called Emily Kate Runyeard as I have the birth cerf but it has no father name on it

I have come to a complete stop on my father side of my tree.
My grandmother was called Emily Kate Runyeard she was born on 09/11/1909 in Weymouth and she married Frederick george Hart he was born around 1908 in Weymouth, ther had for children one of with is my father thery were called Linda, Brian, David and Margaret. She also died on 26/11/1993 in Portsmouth

I would be grateful for any help please
