If you knew all the information that has been found, it would have been useful to mention this at the start, so we did not waste our time.
If you did not know, it would have been nice for you to acknowledge all the work that has been done for you.

I can forgive too, Ginny. If asked. It's called "taking responsibility". Just saying "oops, sorry, didn't realize" or words to that effect will do. Hasn't been done.

I'm seeing more axes being ground. Patricia said what she had to say. Sometimes when one is simply fed up, one doesn't bother pursuing it. In public.

Surely this thing can die now. I admit to resurrecting it in my previous post -- the GR search function would not work for me before I left for the night, and I was immensely curious about what that was about. I guess you'd have done anyway, though.


Btw, remember a while back I suggested that if people received PMs from newbies in reply to posts in a thread, they add a simple note to the thread saying something like "thanks received by PM" so other posters knew the info had been acknowledged?
