Theres 2 coming up on the 1881 census

Cannot trace this side of the family at all. Great grandfather on my husbands side. Searched for all documents. Cannot find census or birth, death certs.. Have little information to go with. Know they lived at 64 leo street, peckham. Charles was married to ellen bailey and have entered all 8 children and have no details to confirm family. Any suggestions. Have spoken to the family and as they are so elderly cannot remember much at all.
