1871 census for Birmingham please

There's something wrong with that 1871 census. Why is 3 year old Charles listed before the others? Children are usually listed in order. Also when you look at the original John is also a son and he's also 3. There's also something written in the occupation column for 3 year old Charles but I can't make out what it says. |
