Frank 06 ... I just got it. My questions would be related ... urgh.

If you're 06 and I'm related to 007 (which of course I am!), does that make you my 13th cousin once removed?

yes, I was indeed told that I would have free credits on SP for the duration of my tenure as an Official Helper.

Shirley's reply was quite correct in explaining to someone how SP worked, BUT she should have added "post some of the names on here and we will see if we can help you."

That would have been much better.

I'm debating whether they will really be able to help me though

....... Frank you gave me my sis-i-l's birth and her siblings some time ago

but do you think they would be able to find anything else as she doesn't know where they came for before Greenock?

Good luck all and please keep this going for me as I have to sign out now but would hate for folks to miss such a generous offer from Genesreunited.
Farewell for now.

I've only got one, possibly Scottish, query which I have posted in the clinic. Hopefully they'll find something for me!

Aha! I had seen that reply on the Clinic and I was just about to ask an SP question of my own (actually, several related), so I was busy compiling that, and then I see this thread -- so I just hope I got in ahead of the rush!

Yes, as I understand it, the advisors do have all regular SP access (i.e. except the recent ones excluded from online access).

My questions are from 1800-1860, so I think they qualify.

Well Sylvia was told she would get free SP if she became a Starry one on Clinic along with all other Brightsolid stuff,so I think it may well be true.

Of Course Frank, you and I (and all the others who have spent hundreds on SP) know that it is only births after 1909, marriages 1934 and deaths after 1959 that can't be viewed online!

Could give it a try Frank if you have some missing rellies, you of all people could do with getting some of your "spent on other people credits" back.
I have no one I want to look up or I would try it....sobs...
