trying to find the deaths of Morris Cash ( who married Catharina Bleekveld born in Amsterdam), & her death. 1911 census states she was 25 & Morris was 29 with 4 children Can anyone help please.

You knew her name was spelled Katherine in the 1911 census -- i.e. that she didn't always use the spelling Catharina.
