Hi Shirley,

You may be right, have had no luck finding him 1891/1901 with any degree of certainty. Sorry, don't know what else to suggest.

Just another thought, have you tried the local parish records to see if they have more information on the marriage record? Also what about local newspapers for an obituary, or write-up about the funeral, they sometimes publish names of those attending. Could provide a possible lead if some of his family attended.
