Member Since: July 2007 Posts: 49 Send Message	My Ggrandfather was Robert Arthur Skippon born in Wolverhampton. On the 1911 cencus he is married to Mary Elizabeth (nee Reynolds) and has two children, my Grandfather Fred was to be born in October that year. Mary died in 1969 out lived her husband, although not sure when Robert died. My father doesnt remember him but remembers Mary clearly. At some point the family moved to Wales my father says it was to look for work, and settled in Swansea and lived at Borough Road Loughor - we think- as Skippons are still there. The mistery is that on researching Robert and Mary i got in contact with another member researching the skippons and he had a Robert -no middle name-skippon from Wolverhampton married to Anni Langham moving to Wales at some point as he is down as dieing in 1950 Glamorgan. The Skippon is quite a rare name and it was brought to Wales by my Ggrandfather so i dont think there was another Robert at that time moving to Wales. The marriege to anni was in 1916 and to Mary 1907. Robert and Anni didnt have children. Can any one help work this one out? Thank you Andrea
