I've been looking for the birth of George in Hampshire, but on looking again at the census record it seems both George and Amelia were born in Sussex, so have come up with this possibility -

I agree that in all probability Elizabeth is the daughter of Mary on the 1861 census

Also do you think Elizabeth Sayers 1855 is the daughter of Mary 1836. Amelia would be too old to be Elizabeths mother unless the image has the age wrong
