Jean they are not coming up in 1911

the Estella is a mistranscription. the index says Esther

All items on freebmd are eventually 'double keyed'. Two separate transcribers, possibly months or even years apart, transcribe the same batch or records. Sometimes the first transcription is from a v poor copy and errors occur.

When the doublekeyed records matach they become one record and appear in bold type face.

I have submitted a correction to freebmd

Hi Paula, thats the one i found where her name is spelt two way's mind you have just thaught they should be on the 1911 census shouldn't they.

Could someone please do me a marriage look up for Esther Wain & Thomas Podmore please i think it could have been 1901 Burslem. But her name is comeing up as Esther or Estella on BMD
