1871 Census.

Mary Farrar Head - 46 = 1825ish
Albert Farrar Son - 17 = 1854ish

There is no Father for Albert by the looks of it.

Going back to the 61 Census and Albert from Leeds does not exist. Hit a complete roadblock...

Also, Henry and Harry Farrar are born the same year but appear in different Census's...

Yea I got these two results too...

It's hard is this whole business.

Yes, thanks brummiejan, I have that information with the exception of Henry. Thanks, you have been great. Also, I normally don't do the maternal side as I want to know where the names originate but the marriage details are very much appreciated.

safc, I'm not positive if that is Him.

Thanks Ellen too for your input.

One of the census says that his mother could be called Mary. But there is no father, I don't know if he died or not? Its getting slightly hard to go from here as my grandmother was only young when his son Wilfred died.

Thanks

Lee

Hi there,

I am trying to find my Grandmas Great Granddad Albert Farrar. I have found him in the 1901 Census and have added him and his children to my Family tree. If I go back 10 years he then disappears. I want to find his father and keep going back as far as I can.

He was married to Sarah Ann Farrar, and has Allan, Harry, Leo and Leonard as children

Any help would be great, thanks.

Lee
