	At the moment not finding a birth to match the death record Was he born in England ?

	Name: Leslie Arthur Dyer Birth Date: 8 Aug 1923 Date of Registration: Oct-Nov-Dec 1972 Age at Death: 49 Registration district: Cambridge Inferred County: Cambridgeshire Volume: 4a Page: 650 His birth will be on freebmd..................... http://www.freebmd.org.uk/ Search using only the initial of his second forename.............the index will show the mother's maiden name, and registration district. Using that info, you can search for siblings...............and possibly for the marriage of his parents. Their marriage cert will tell you their ages.....and the names of their fathers, which will allow census searches to be started...............

I know my father was Leslie Arthur Dyer who died in Cambridge in 1972 when I was 4 so I don't really remember him. Does anyone know how/where to look for such things as His date of death and place of internment His birth Any relatives living or not possibly abroad Many thanks Helen
