Do you know if he had children? If so what were their names and years of birth and an area if known?

Think we're all struggling to find him with the info up to now.

I have his father as Thomas and I think Richard was a shoemaker

Could you post the 1841 census with parents and brother?
Could you also say how you got to them - who are you connected to so we can trace backwards to Richard and Elizabeth?

Sorry Don't know much about him I think he was living in Linlithgow with his parents and brother in 41

Elizabeth was born I think in Linlithgow Not been able to find her birth
