Hi & thankyou Debra ,Aunty Kath phoned me today & said her mothers maiden name was Henson Yesterday she was going to give me more information about her late family, but as I say she gets side tracked & we end up talking about something else But she did say she had a sister who died & she also mentioned a few other strange things. which i have to try & put together,I have sent her a list of questions which she has said she will be delighted to answer, but, in the mean time i am trying to peace together the very few things she has already told me,the information from Aunty Kath & the information you have given to me is really going to help me put together Aunty Kath's family tree thankyou so much for your invaluble help & thankyou also to everyone who has & is still giving me the help I need Aunty Kath is now 92 half years old & she is so excited to find out about her family before she goes ( her words not mine )

Worth a try - there is a Stephen Lamb on GR who appears to have Kathleen and Beatrice in his tree. Correct yob and birth place.

Thankyou everyone, Aunty kath is very excited about maybe finding a relative . in her own words dead or a live it doesn't matter, & she is facinated that a type writer television thing can talk to people & find people. I can't get through to her that it is a computor I am using i will get back to you as soon as she has found the relivant information unfortunately when found she will have to post it to me so it will take a while thankyou all Poodles

Hi as I told jan the information name & place of birth ect. of Francis George came from his 92 years old daughter Kathleen or Aunty Kath as we call her, she couldn't remember if his name was Francis George or George Francis but he was known as Frank I have just phoned Aunty kath again for more information & she has said she will get someone in to look for her parents 7 sisters BMD certificates & her own Birth certificate we do not live in England so can't look for her we send her flowers & birthday card every year but she is now to frail to visit us & as I have a sick husband i can't get to see her

Hi Brummiejan Kathleen is now 92 Kathleen & her 2nd husband Ken were my 2 of my parents closest friends although i have never had much to do with their daughter I always called Kathleen & her late husband Aunt & Uncle , my husband was in the armed forces & no matter where we lived in the world Aunty Kath & Uncle Ken used to come with my parents to visit us Aunty Kath & I take it in turns to phone each other. This afternoon she phoned me & when I said I had traced my dads family tree, she asked if I would tracy her family She gave me all the information I have but ,she is confused at the moment so I have sent her my usual weekly letter asking for more information when & as she remembers it

Only Doris Martin with mothers maiden name of Warren I can see on freebmd was born in Suffolk in 1912....But prior to 1911 mothers maiden was not listed on index.
