could some body help me find a birth certifacte

I would hazard a guess that this is her birth:-

Name: ABBOTT, Lilian May
Registration District: Hinckley
County: Leicestershire
Year of Registration: 1903
Quarter of Registration: Jul-Aug-Sep
Mother's Maiden Name: Not available before 1911 Q3
Volume No: 7A
Page No: 57

It is the only birth reference where the first name is spelt the same way as on the marriage reference and is the nearest one to Derbyshire (county borders sometimes change).

This is only a guess though.

It would have the mothers name not always the father if they were not married

No point buying the cert because how will you know if it is the correct Lilian?

There is a Lilian M Abbott who marries in Hinckley. Have you looked to find her in 1911?

Think she is listed as May in 1911.

got marriage cert she got married in 1921 in burnly lancarshire to hemry buttler

Yes you told us you had the cert but that does not prove anything.

You say she lied about her age?

No parents names ? (there would only be her father anyway)

I take it the witnesses do not help at all?
