yes the 1911 census is the family, i have been 4 yrs trying to find his birth, only got his yr of death 2 weeks ago on a probate page, thought his d.o.b would be on it death cert..
the Upholland one looks interesting as i live 1.mile from there...

Is father marked as deceased on marriage cert ? What is his occupation?

Joseph Rigby married Mary E Stewardson 21/11/1892 on cert says he is 21 yrs of age also says his Pa was John Rigby.

on 1911 census he says he is age 46 born 1865...wife was born round 1877

I got death cert he died 24th May 1940 age 72 so born 1867/688 . Liverpool England
I cannot find births with Pa John only a Johnston rigby his son Joseph born 1870/1..not him
