Put on your tree that Patrick Loftus was a Joiner.

Michael Brew was a Labourer.

Sorry Claire...I should have been more clearer..!
Religion....is what I was after...

Was it a Brew or a Loftus that was transported.....?

Plenty of Loftus' sent out from the Co Mayo.
The Brew's less so although a Patrick Brew was Trans.1852 for Vagrancy...!!

Claire...I would suggest that there may be some children missing from John and Honor's marriage....
Given they were married in 1858 I would have expected earlier births than mid 1860's...also if they followed the traditional Irish naming pattern I would be after looking for a Michael ( John's fathers name) and a Patrick (Nora's fathers name)

Hi ya,well I would say catholic, but I don't think john and honora got married in a catholic church...I know William brew was catholic...also guessing.. is perhaps it could be George brew as he seems to disappear... With regards to loftus connections...on marriage certifcate it states Patrick loftus to bhonora s father...there is two honora loftus...one born in year ..but her father
