There were lots of Careys in Ireland, but what would he,born and raised in London have been doing in Belfast. 1901 census a drapers assistant rather than a farmer so it looks unlikely
I found this for entries to the us and wondered if it might be him which might be correct as his grandparents lived in saliisbury but the problem with that is that he is listed as a US citizen

Emigrated to Canada where he married Yvonne.Can anyone help me find what happened next?He was my greatgrandfathers brother,and we have no idea what happened to him or where to start looking.we don't know when he emigrated but is likely to be between 1901 and 1911 as we can't find him on the 1911 uk census.
