I can't fins a birth reg for Albert so that you can get the certificate to find mmn but this looks looks the one for brother Alfred ernest

Yes, i think you are right Ann, it does look like he was born in Cornwall. I certainly haven't found him with parents in Lancashire, and your information has convinced me that he was from Cornwall

yes - on the marriage to Elizabeth printed on page 1 Albert's father is Philip

Just found the father of Albert Thomas Jenkins on a marriage record of Albert's
