	I have just received the birth certificate for Charles Usher born 24/7/1913 showing his mother as Isabella Usher (nee Quinn) and father as Charles Usher. He was born at 214 Victoria Square Liverpool. Can find no trace of marriage no dates of birth of parents. Occuaption of father was Ships Steward. Could anyone point me in the right direction of how to find out further information. Many thanks Olwen
