Ooh! I don't know which marriage now. Christina's one with the father as Henry Luke Holmes which is prob. Tuke not Luke sounds perhaps more likely. Adelaide though, first time thats come up perhaps she had it changed from Ada or that's the short version. She has had a different name for every census and cert.

Just looked up a marriage for them found in Kendal 1899 added it to my tree, up popped another persons tree with them on but totally different family. of course the marriage reg. has her as Holme not Holmes. Perhaps the other tree is wrong but there are loads of family going back generations.
