Hi could anybody do a census lookup( 1841) for this man from Brasted Kent. he married in 1844 to Sarah Langridge, where was he before that?. have a news paper article stating he was the son of Mrs Roffey of Brasted in 1843.anything would help. Thanks in anticipation

On the other hand the marriage on the family search site indicates his father is James. Various trees on Ancestry have parents as james Hills.

The trouble with Ancestry is one person makes a mistake and assumption and before you know there are dozens of them.

I think the 1876 death refers to James and Sarah in Igtham.



There are a few Hills in Brasted.
