Hi Flick

Apparently his name was Albert Gunning-Stevenson and he was 54 when

he died iin 1928, would he have been awarded maybe some medals for

the distinction?

A friend of mine has a relative that they know had their coffin carried on a Gun Carriage in the 1920's.

Does anyone know why someone would specifically have been given this type of funeral rather than the normal hearse.

Thanks for any help

Sandra
