Find Ancestors

Hi I am trying to help a friend find out some information about her grandparents. She unfortunatly doesn't know much apart from her Mums name was Doris Sarah Huxtable and she was born in 1927 in Bethnal green, she died about 1975. All she knows is her grandmothers maiden name was Moody.

Thats interesting with the possible siblings. I cant find any other Moody/huxtable unions, so looks like it could be a good match

The mum may have been married twice as the births are post WW1 do you need to know the parents names to find a marriage

Mark's thread title asks for help finding marriage, so presume he's already tried FreeBMD (or similar).

Only Huxtable/Moody marriage I can see is 1910 in Pontypridd. Possible Mrs Huxtable was previously married. So birth cert definitely needed.

Hi all my friend knew is her her mum was called

Doris Sarah Huxtable- born in Bethnal green. She died in about 1975- she married a Joseph Kinsella who died about 1989. Thats all she knew. My friend was born in 1955.
