My dad was Jack Stalker, born 1929 in Moor House. I think my great great grandparents must have been Joshua and Dorothy Stalker. Dad's surname was my paternal grandma's maiden surname. It is difficult to see the age of the person in the photo, but she may have been my grandma. my dad had an older sister- Doreen I think her name was. It would be great to be in contact and to find out more, Diane

Joshua was born Cumberland and Dorothy born Byker. In 1871 they were living West Sleekburn Colliery which is Northumberland so I am presuming they will be in the Northumberland area. Thanks.

I have lost Joshua and Dorothy Stalker on 1891 census. Joshua born 1836, Dorothy 1835. They are on 1881 with grown-up children John 17 and Thomas 15. They have not died as they are on 1901 census with their two grandchildren. Can anyone find them please.
