Frederick, who died in 1946 was the uncle of Sarah Marion Hoggan i.e the brother of her mother Sarah Hoggan nee Winspear..

Maybe for William Winspear?? Not too sure as his occupation is given as a labourer and yours was a Railway Clerk in 1901?

Not very helpful as there are no sources other than census records given for the information...but then again the tree has over 8,000 names on it so maybe just a name collector rather than family historian!

I think it it the same William coming home more than once to visit relatives Jennifer.
