I think this is the William Crabtree on the 1881 census - it states he was 3 months old, so possible not the right one:

However, not having any luck in locating the William found on 1911 census on any other census.

The census image states 2 children born, 1 has died. Lily is down as 5 weeks, but as both her birth/death were reg Q4/1910 I would think that was how old she was when she died - rather than her age when the census was completed.

Shirley's 1911 is a bit odd
