mmmmmm that's weird because in 1918 thomas and alice have a son Walter ronald beeney poole. alices' death in 1966 matches what i have this is weird!

he isnt claimed by family but the death date matches .unless the Ancestry tree is clutching straws.

ideally you would need his Amy number to confirm i s the right one

Have you looked on the CWGC site for his death in WW1

hi looking for Thomas Poole b1885 eastbourne east sussex and his wife Alice b1888 eastbourne and their children james b 1905 david b1907 still living in eastbourne. I'm told Thomas died in ww1 but can't see that either :-( suspect they are mistranscribed somewhere! thomas and alice married in 1905 eastbourne and on the 1901 he is living at 10 vine square eastbourne with his parents and sister.
