Everything apart from the Graham/Mytton marriage date looks about right.

Earlier in the thread, we deduced that Robert Graham was married twice.
His 2nd wife was Margaret Patterson, and she was the mother of Hugh..

Note that a child on the 1911 census is called Stanley Patterson Graham

Births Sep 1880 Graham Hugh Thomas Launceston 5c 31

That birth would fit with the mistranscibed place of birth in 1891 i.e. Stoke Climsland

Things are a bit odd with this family right enough

1881 Graham family in Cornwall would seem to be Hugh Graham and Jane Ann Mytton, but according to FreeBMD Hugh and Jane Ann didn't marry until 1885... 4yrs after this census.

Either someone was married before or all 3 children were born before the marriage.
I presume that Hugh died in 1886 and Jane Ann remarried John Robinson?

Unless anyone else can provide an alternative option?
