Find Ancestors

Thank you, for all of you replies, They agree with my research so far. I have birth and marriage certificates for most of the family but when George Cooper married Maria Llewelwyn all the certificate said was, George's father was John Cooper, deceased and Maria Llewellyn's father was Charles Llewellyn deceased. I am desperate to find out about John but have hit a brick wall.
I would be grateful if anyone has any relevant information.

How OLD was George when he married?

Where have you looked in trying to find info?

Have you tried to follow-through on the 1851 census?......also posted some days ago

The Llewellyn marriage is borne out by the second forenames of children on 1911 census............and by the OP's post at top of this page

I am quite new to this page and it is the first time that I have tried to find family here so I am sorry if I have not given enough information in the first instance. This is the family that I know at the moment.
My mother Mabel Cooper b 1918 certificated
Her father George Walter Cooper b 1881 certificated
His father George Cooper b 1833 certificated on his marriage
His father John shown on the above marriage certificate as deceased

John Cooper my gg granddad is who I am at the moment looking for.

At the moment, you have no proof that George's father was actually John.....only the name of a deceased 'father' on a marriage cert

Did you take note of the suggestion I made with regard to HARRIET's marriage?

Could you please answer the question about George's age when he married in 1878...........

...........and, in addition, tell us the names of the witnesses - and George's marital status
