I cannot find a death record for Albert Stafford born in Oldham in 1900 (Ref: Oldham Reg Office OBT/266/207). He may have worked as a Ironworks Labourer - but almost certainly served in WW2. I understood that he died during the war, but am not sure whether he was a casualty of the war. I cannot find his name listed in the Military Records. |
