I believe that Heinrich Schultz was a relation of mine and had a son called Joseph E schultz born c 1843 but i dont see this in the previous posts? Could my information be correct?

Well the marriage cert should name his father and the witnesses could be family too

I had a look at the 1841 Census just now unfortunately I cant read any of it, even once I printed it there hardly any writing.

The 1841 census probably does read Schultz........if you check out the image, it is very faint.

I know Charles Schultz married Sarah Hedgman, my daughters father-in-law recognizes the names. And from my research I am pretty sure that the marriage was in 1897.

Thank you so much for the 1841 census information. Its crazy how much the name has changed over the years! :-)

Working on the assumption that William Schultz IS actually the correct father of Charles (should be confirmed by certificates) this is a possible for him in 1851:
