Why curses?

Peter Parkin's father could be Codrington.

There is this entry on the 1851 census. Not sure if the initials might be surname first and then forename (at least the occupation would be right and if he was ill it would be a reason for Peter to be with grandparents):-

What were his grandparents' names, and who were the witnesses on the marriage certificate?

Any other spellings for the Coolington surname from the certificate?

Thanks

chrissey

Hi

I am trying to find the parents of Peter Parkins, born in 1831/32 in Cardington, Beds. He was living with his grandparents in 1841 and 1851 and living in the Peterborough area in 1861 with wife and child.
His marriage certificate states his father as Peter Coolington, a shoemaker, but I canfind no Peter Coolington.

Can anyone help?

Regards

Chrissey
