I think it says Traveller - comparing the T & r with other names on page.

Traveller in that context almost certainly does not mean what I suspect you think

It means one who travelled as a representative of a company.....................sales rep in today's parlance

The word 'traveller' in use now is a modern version of what would in past years have been gipsy

If the Edith Ramshall on the 1911 census is Leonard Victor's mother.........she is single.........

Have just discovered your post from 2 years ago. Sarah Ramshall (Edith's sister) was my grandmother. I knew Leonard well as I wrote to him for many years. He was a teacher and had 5 sons.
