Yes sorry Mary. I misread re apprentices. It was Peter who was the apprentice. As you say possibly a different Thomas Rumbelow. |

I am resigned to the fact that she either does not appear on the 1841 census or has been mis-transcribed. |

I do not think that she remarried. In the parish register record for her death it states her as widow of Robert (this being the person to whom she was widowed in 1819) |

I do not think that is her. It seems to suggest that Thomas is her husband. She was widowed in 1819. |

Can somebody have a look to see if they can find an ANNE KNIGHTS I am sure that she was born in Norfolk in 1785, was married in Wellingham and was widowed in 1819. She died in 1848 in Thornham. |
