It states

I have tried to find her Mother and Father but no Luck
Maybe its a misprint

Can't find Sarah Ballard's birth but have found this. I had a problem with my 4th gt grandmother as she was married before marrying my 4th grandfather and it took some sorting out. This could be the answer to no Sarah Ballard birth in the correct era.
