This is my 1st attempt finding someone on community, all I know is Michael Gorman was born 1840/41 in Kilrush County Clare, he married Mary Day / Odeay
who was born in Limerick, they married 23/1/1865 in the Spanish Place Chaple Marylebone London U K.
I have found 2 daughters Mary born in 1871 and Margaret born 1875 both in Marylebone, Mary married George Procter born 1872 .

EDIT: I can see I've got a birth registered in the June qtr, and the death in the March qtr. Given the child didn't live long enough to have a name, it's possible he was born late in the March qtr and his death was registered in that qtr, but for whatever reason his birth (with mother maiden name DAY) was registered early in the June qtr.

Sad that none of the boys lived.

Mary Days father was Michael Day a tailor, on the marriage certificate there
is a Barbara Day and a John Day as witnesses on the certificate the surname seems to change from Deay to Day the address they were living at was
49 High Street. Would Barbara be Michaels wife?

Barbara could be Michael's wife, but could just as easily be Mary's sister, or even sister in law if she were married to a brother of Mary's, or even an aunt or cousin.

I can't find a baptism for Mary in Limerick with father Michael in the indexed Irish Catholic records online.

You can browse through say, the records for KIlrush, to see if anything's been missed, but they're not overly legible.

This is totally speculative as the only name that is also on the Marriage cert is Michael.
