Annie Towse born 14 October 1926 is also on the image plus one closed record.

Like others have found, there doesn't seem to be a death for a Frank Towse age 15 assuming he was the one born in 1929.

Might your friend have skipped a generation and the one who died was Frank 1929's son? He might even have been the son of another Towse/Bond sibling, who was named after their brother Frank.

Rootgather has cracked the Frank who died aged 15

The image shows that her name was *updated* to something like Morady on 19 Feb 1945 then to Flanagan on 26 Sep 1950.
