Don't think that is online .

Electoral rolls for that time are usually held at the Main library for the area

Thought that might be the case. Thanks.

I doubt that there is anything available online.

In the past I visited the records office in Winchester a number of times. (Nice building and the staff were very helpful.) Have you considered contacting them?

If you are able to visit they may take the trouble of getting some of the registers out and ready for you. Failing that you could apply online:-

You could contact Basingstoke Library as they say they have local studies information. If they do hold copies of the historical electoral roll, they'll probably make a look-up charge.
