Hi, I understand my grandmother was left at Dr. Barnardos in her infancy but don't know any details. Her birth certificate says Blanche Naomi Broad but she later added the surname Smith (which also showed on her children's birth and her marriage certificates). Blanche Naomi Broad Smith.
Can anyone help me with advising how I go about confirming this please so I can try to find her family members.

Thank you all! Sorry for late response, been on shift for 2 days.
The O'Brien and Stapleton marriages are correct, she had 2 children under O'Brien.
I will definitely contact Barnardo's and see where I can go from there, thank you.
