I don't see Jacob senior at all in 1861, not even in prison or hospital, with only initials!

I keep coming back to this one, although all the details are wrong - just because he's born in Lancs, and Chapel-le-Frith is where Jacob junior was born.
Also I can't see this man in any other census.
I'll post it just in case.
He's not born in Wigan / Atherton, he's widowed, and his surname's not Hurst - but still . . . . ?
