Find Ancestors

I am trying to find my Great Grandmother's parents. She was Elizabeth Davies who married Philip Andrews in Wrexham in 1904. I have her Birth recorded as 1887. Her father was John Davies and was a methodist preacher but this is all the information I have. Please help! I keep growling at my laptop!

Elizabeth and Philip had 9 children (Sarah, Percy, Philip, Elizabeth, Agnes, Margaret, Elvina, William and George). Although they were married in Wrexham they moved to Egremont in Cumberland shortly after (around 1906 I believe). I have them on the 1911 census living in Cumbria. She is down as Elizabeth Andrew with a birth year of 1884 (I got her birth year of 1887 from her death record). I found the census record by searching for their eldest daughter who is down as Sarah Andrew born 1909. Hope this helps?

That's the one! I wasn't sure if Bala was correct thank you! I'm shocked at how many discrepancies there are on the censuses...I've found records where people only age 8 years between censuses.

What is Elizabeth's age on that and who are the witnesses (it sometimes helps).
Is there anything else on that certificate you haven't given us.

If this is her death, the day and month of birth match the 1939 register which Alviegal posted, but the year is out by 1. Neither would fit (if correct) with either of the Bala births posted earlier as they are September and December quarter registrations?

That is her death record. My Auntie remembers her death in 1970. I wonder then if her date of birth is incorrect on her death record? There's certainly discrepancies on their year of marriage- comparing the marriage record to the census. Unfortunately I don't have any certificates, I do believe I have seen her death certificate when my Nanna died, but I suppose that'll just match the information on the death record. Any tips where I should go from here?
