Trying to obtain NI birth certificate

Dee..If it is the Birth Cert for David then I wouldn't be wasting my money as you can get all the info. on the site posted in your previous thread.

Getting very frustrated. First of all it will not accept my password, even though I am doing what it says...

then it will not accept the date of birth for the ancestor, born 1921. I do not know the date but it says to estimate, so I put in any old date and it will not recognise this.

No help line for assistance and it's driving me nuts.

Can anyone suggest what I should do please?

Sorry to trouble you, I can do British certificates but not the Norther Irish ones.
