First of all it will not accept my password, even though I am doing what it says... then it will not accept the date of birth for the ancestor, born 1921. I do not know the date but it says to estimate, so I put in any old date and it will not recognise this. No help line for assistance and it's driving me nuts. Can anyone suggest what I should do please? Sorry to trouble you, I can do British certificates but not the Norther Irish ones. Thank you for your time. Dee
