Please can someone see if they can find Walter Chorley b 1854 Bedminister Somerset

I Have him on the 1861 and 1971 but I can't find him after this. ? did he emigrate somewhere. I can't find a marriage for him or a death.

Hi shirley-i'm getting the hang of it.

I had a look at that walter. I do not think he is mine. One of the census has that Walter born in Williton and mine was born in bedminster.

It could be right but I am not convinced.

I don't see his birth?

Hi Chris

Mary Ann Cheek and Henry Chorley are his parents.

The parents of the Walter (Shirley found ) born in williton were James and Emma Chorley.

I do not have Walter born in Bedminster birth cert or any information on his baptism. I also believe he was an only child.

So it looks like he was baptised Cheek So this means that he may not be Henry's son after all. Or was that the reason they got married.

If that is him in Canada which it could be he must have gone back to his birth name. It would also mean that on the 1861 and 71 census Henry lied about Walter surname. Also what is the betting that if I sent for Walters birth cert Henry's name would not be on it.

Thank you so much for finding that information for me. I think now I need to find out more about that service record if that is possible.
