Thanks Safc & Choccy for the info.

Any ideas who Gladys May Forster (Croms) is? I don't have a record of her as a child of Cornelius, and certainly cannot find her birth or even a marriage to a Croms.

Also have Jessie 1910 & Dulcie 1916 Briggs, daughters of Richard & Maria Briggs. Where are they in 1939?
