Tree on Ancestry has Hannah dying in 1860, but with a daughter Clara, but GRO does not confirm this. It also says that William married 4 times.: |

Militia is 1777 and he should be between 18 and 45, so born 1759 to 1732, so could be Hannah's father (or grandfather) - miller could run in the family, as could the name John. |
