Find Ancestors

My Grandmother and her sister's names are Ann Boyd (Second Marriage) or Kennedy (First Marriage) and Christine Murley, their maiden name is Forster.

I have been trying to find their mother for a while now, however, when I search each of their births, none of the mothers maiden names match.

I think they were both born in the 1940's in the North East of England.

Would anyone be able to help me?

She (Ann & Christine's mother) died in Gateshead in 2003.
